Buyer Terms

1. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

All products sold on this site are digital goods (PDF documents, ZIP archives, template files, or similar). No physical item is shipped.

Upon successful payment you will receive an email from Polar containing a secure, time-limited download link for the file(s) you purchased. Delivery is typically immediate — within a few seconds to two minutes of the transaction being confirmed.

If you do not receive a delivery email within 10 minutes, please:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Verify the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
• Contact support at hussainwasyym@gmail.com with your order confirmation or receipt.

Download links are valid for 14 days and allow a reasonable number of downloads. After expiry, contact support to request a new link at no charge — simply provide your original order details.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because these are non-tangible, immediately delivered digital goods, all sales are generally final once the download link has been issued. This is consistent with standard practice for digital products and complies with applicable consumer protection rules for intangible goods.

However, a refund will be issued if any of the following apply:

• Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same order.
• Delivery failure — you never received the download link after contacting support and allowing a reasonable resolution window (24 hours).
• File defect — the file is corrupt, unusable, or materially different from its description on the shop page.

To request a refund, email hussainwasyym@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed through Polar back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. License & Permitted Use

Personal License (default)

Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased material for your own private and professional development. This means you may:

• Read, study, and reference the material for personal use.
• Use template files (resume, document, code, etc.) to create derivative outputs that you personally own and use.

You may not, under a personal license:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the files (digitally or in print) with any third party.
• Publish the material publicly online — including uploading it to file-sharing services, course platforms, or repositories.
• Use it to create a competing product or training dataset.

Commercial License

Where a product is explicitly marked as available for commercial use, you may additionally use it within a business context — for example, distributing a resume template to your team, or including a guide as part of an internal training program. Commercial use does not grant the right to resell or republish the material itself.

Ownership

The intellectual property in all products remains the exclusive property of Hussain W. Purchase grants a license to use the material, not ownership of the underlying content or copyright.

5. Payment Processing

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Polar, which uses Stripe as its underlying payment infrastructure. Neither your full card number nor sensitive payment details are stored by Hussain W. or on this website.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the shop after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on the shop page for at least 30 days.
